Congratulations on finding those chips. The AC chips, even if they are live, may be worth more than face value on the collector market if they are older editions, no longer in circulation. Same with Vegas chips -- the older ones are more valuable in many cases, even from closed casinos.
Tiber Entertainment is from a casino on board a cruise ship. I don't know if they are still in business or not.

I used the "pink goo" called Sterling's Magic. Others use Armor-All All Purpose cleaner (not the heavy duty Armor-All automobile cleaner). Be careful around any hot-stamps.
