If I agree to sell someone my car, but before they give me the check they steal the radio out of it the night before, do I still have to sell them the car? This might not be exactly the same situation, but it is VERY close as far as I am concerned. He asked me to put a set aside for him & I did........Then in a matter of hours he stole my scan. THAT in my mind means our business relationship is done & any pending deals are also over with! Unless a court of law tells me I'm wrong I'll stand by my feelings on this matter.
