Try this. It might help.

I used to easily get onto PayPal INITIALLY, but when I would try to log on later, I would find it impossible to do so.

Then I happened to try this, which worked like clockwork. I'd QUIT (close) my browser (I used Netscape) and then turn it on (opened) it again. Then I'd go to PayPal and easily log in.
