Hey guys, I could use a little of your "expertise" here. I would like to try to get a chip show together for the Tunica area. I would like to have it during March, probably in the last 2 weeks. I have not done ANYTHING like this before and would like to know
1. How to approach a casino with the possibility of hosting it
2. how many chippers would like to attend during that time frame
3. What all do I need to do (I know..LOTS of work) to get this thing together.

Any and ALL help would be appreciated and anyone that is interested in attending, please let me know, that way I have a "ballpark" figure to give the casino when I ask them what kind of deals we might be able to get on rooms.
