On first glance, I thought Regent was incorrect as I know that the present chips read Sands Regency. But then, I have learned to look further as TGT is not often wrong. I looked up the source of Sands Regent and it was from Harvey Fuller. He lists the opening name in 1978 as Sands Regent and Mr. C's. Sands Regency first appeared in 1995 and then Sands Regency & Mr. C's is on the 1998 Silver Strike.
