Yes, it may be a lousy attitude. Maybe not though, because this
seller's particular circumstances and experiences may lead him to a different decision than your company. I have no way of knowing. I just think it's his decision to make, even if he makes the "wrong" decision.

As a seller in competition with all kinds of other sellers, it does my heart good to see them do dumb (but not evil) things. How would anybody know how excellent I am if everybody was excellent? <G>
