Hi Jim!

I've been a little more active on eBay than I have been earlier this year, picked up my HTML for dummies handbook, and started putting payment and shipping conditions in bold print, as well as my name with my CCGTCC member number. My shipping conditions are, I pay postage and insurance, so your winning bid is all you pay. Putting my name in the same bold print would tell anyone wanting to use PayPal what my last name is. ...in the auctions that closed over the last month, I received three emails asking how much the winninng bidder should send total, one specifically asking for insurance (maybe I should add that I insure everything that I send), and had a PayPal user ask me what my name was!

....it wouldn't bother me so much if it didn't happen this often. The customer is the customer, but they aren't always right!
