I think eBay auction #503586957 is very misleading. The auction is for an “EL RANCHO $25.00 DOLLAR CHIP,” and states it is a “VERY NICE CHIP FROM THE EL RANCHO.” I apologize if I offend any fantasy/commemorative chip collectors, but is this not a commemorative/fantasy chip with little to no monetary value. Doesn’t the $18 asking price seem to be a bit out of line, especially to an uninformed bidder? The auction indicates the chip is from the El Rancho, and fails to indicate the chip was manufactured decades after the El Rancho burned down? Am I overreacting, or is this common?
