Oh, is that the guy that everyone's been #####ing about? I just couldn't remember the guys name, but I thought it kinda sounded familiar for some reason. Why is it that his rating is SOO high when he screws people over so much? Are people just not posting negatives or does eBay's rating system really SUCK that badly?
