The system you are talking about is several years old. It will show scans of the current house chips from casinos that subscribe. I don't know but doubt that it keeps older chips in it. That would be very confusing to someone looking for which chip is current.
The Fiesta was about to subscribe when the sale was announced. It was put on hold at that time.
We use a company called Current Credit Inc. It pulls up a written description of all current house chips. I do not know if it is the same company that exchanges our chips. The cage manager is not in so I can not ask at this time.
BTW, the chip runners very rarely bring back refused chips any more. They are hip to the hobby and lock up almost anything of value. I had to go to plan B. I look at the exchange chips before they go out instead of after they come back. About the only thing that comes back now is tokens.
