That was an option that I forgot to mention. Many of the casinos have internet specials on occasion. Also, by booking directly with the casino, it insures that you can have the bill adjusted at checkout if you've been gambling using your player's card.

I mentioned in my earlier post that there was one time out of 14 visits that I paid the full rate quoted when I made my reservations. The reason was I bought a airfare/hotel package deal from a travel agent to stay at the Rio lasy May. I didn't really mind because the package deal was only about $60 more than what just the airfare would have cost.

From my own recent experiences, the Park Place properties are pretty generous with comps of all types.
