"$10,000"? That barely covers the cost for getting the body back to SF and having a funeral. They don't seem to be going for a spectacular amount from a "wrongful death". (and who came up with that term? What, as opposed to a "rightful death"?)

Harrah's would pay way more for that in lawyer's fees to defend themselves. I'm guessing that they will settle this one in a second.
