Hi John, There are quite a few instances where you could use 25 cent chips on a dice game that is not a quarter game. A $5 buy bet requires 5% Juice, usualy a player buys the 5 and 10 together and you charge them 50 cents, but not always. In some gaming juridictions we just round up to the nearest 1/2 dollar, but others like Missouri require you to work in exact figures thus the need fow the low denom chips.
