Interesting question, this is the type of thing that I see would be a real intregal part of the Roulette Collector's Chapter. In depth reasearch of all roulette chip errors, varieties, etc. As far as the Circus Circus chips are concernsd I believe that all of the "I" chips have the inverted H&C while the other Cicus roulettes have the regular H&C. I have 3 "G" and 2 "H" roulettes that are a different color than your H chip and all of the H&C's are in the normal position. However the 20 yellow "I" chips which I harvested, personally all have the inverted H&C. The die used to hot stamp the "I" was most likely set up wrong and the H&C was accidentally put on the chips in the inverted fashion. If any one has any "I" chips that are not inverted then there may be another scenerio. LMK if you come up with any other info on these chips.
