You'll save 11¢ in postage by using the smaller size and mailing it a standard 3 5/8 x 6 1/2 inch envelope. I've received chips packaged using this product without any problems, but I've heard of chips getting broken. I think the bubble mailers are the safest way to go when sending chips.
