Below is an image showing two roulettes from Circus Circus in Reno. The one on the left shows normal orientation of the Hat & Cane mintmark from Paulson. While the second image on the right shows that the Hat and Cane mintmark inverted!

My questions to the Roulette harvesters of the world -
Are all the Circus Circus Roulette I chips like this one?
Is this normal or an error?

This is the first example of an inverted mintmark I have seen on a Paulson Hot Stamped chip - are there other examples?
