I live in Florida in Volusia County the last county to report on election night.
We have completed the recount and were one of the first to complete it with no changes what so ever. Part of the trouble (along with the media) is the publics insational need to know ASAP "WHO'S AHEAD". Most people in the US were watching or listning at the news election night just wanting to know. Very few people were that willing to wait until all votes were tallied before they got there answer.
