Good advice Michael.
When I first started loading images on to a web page, it was through Prodigy Classic, and the FTP software was built into the system, you just had to click a button with the location on your computer of the image and its file name to upload it.
Prodigy Internet didn't do that, I had to learn how to use FTP as a separate program. Learning how to use an FTP program for your own web space will save you many hassles down the road. Personal experiences of waiting for the "free image hosting" sites' images to show up in an auction or a BB post....they (the free sites) frequently get too bogged down with traffic to the server, and I'll pass on waiting to view the image. The slow downloading will cost a seller some sales.
