It is a fantasy chip made by Paulson and sold in their retail store. Part of a "flags" set in which $1= United Kingdom flag; $5= Mexico flag; $25=France; $100=Canada; $500=USA and $1000=Confederate flag. The chips each sell for under $1 in the Paulson store, though I haven't checked recently to see if they are still in stock.
