The Royal Flush design is from the line of home chips that Paul-son home-chip stores sell. They will modify these for you, so if there is edge printing on your chip, that may be what happened. Your colors in your scan are kind of hard to distinguish, but the light blue chip I have is marked 10c, not $1. Possibly another customization for the cusomer in Houston?
