That certainly hasn't been my experience, Don, although timing obviously is everything. The last time I was there, I did exactly as you suggested, asking the supervisor if he had any obsolete chips in the cage area, and he basically told me that he couldn't be bothered. This was at 2 a.m., by the way, with no other customers at the cage. I've found that to be more the rule than the exception at Caesars.
