BTW, I have made "almost" every screw up there is, concerning the release of chips. There is "NO" way to please everyone. Do you really think the HR should have called in another cashier (at overtime) to keep you from standing in line on a Saturday night? To begin with most casino employees with Saturday off have learned not to answer their phones. <g> Most of the complainers will be chip dealers trying to make money off of the HR logo. I find it ironic that they want the HR to spend money to help the complainers to make money!!!!
I think the complainers should give the HR a chance to solve their release problems.
They are unique because of the crossover marketing of all of their logoed items.
