I have to agree with you. I would estimate their were over 300 people there. Maybe 10% of that number were chip collectors. A large number were Hard Rock emplyees. I understand that several Hard Rock employees actually collect chips and they should have them. Unfortunately the majority of them do not. The Hard Rock should figure out a better system of employee perks.
