The one pictured in Ron Pitzer's post is a Hollywood Park Casino chip (from Inglewood, CA - Los Angeles area). A $2.50 "Year of the Ox" chip made for the Chinese New Year a couple of years ago. One of the brass-core chips made by Reliable Mfg. It came in 3 denominations $2.50, $5 and a harder to get $8 chip. Another set like this made for "Year of the Tiger" too.

Some of the California dealers may still have some. I haven't checked Scott Hartman's website (www.chipman.com) but he's a place to start. Also, I bet you could find some at Jim Munding's Casinorama chip show (Oct. 21 in Arcadia, CA). It's a bit of a drive, but a great show.
