Robert, did you subscribe to "Gaming Times" magazine during the time it was published?
Bill Akeman (currently of Casino Chip Gallery website & the mailer you received) was the publisher of "Gaming Times". He probably still has the mailing list from the magazine. Perhaps that's the source of your address.

BTW, I'm personally glad to receive the mailer, as I forget to check his website to review the monthly list of chips for auction. FYI, you can see the chips in color on his website
