Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. Announces Closing Of Davenport President Casino Acquisition

Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISLE) announced this morning the completion of the Davenport, Iowa, President Casino & Hotel acquisition.

The company's third Iowa-based gaming facility, the property will be named Rhythm City Casino. A new brand for the Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc., the Rhythm City theme will be launched along with a new vessel for the property, the Treble Clef, formerly the Queen of the Red.
