Robert; Any member in good standing may purchase a club directory from the Membership Officer. When you filled out your club membership application, there were several option boxes for you to check off. In the first option section, one box said, "Please publish my name and address in the club membership directory", a second box said "Please publish my phone in the club membership directory".

A second option section said "Publish my name, e-mail address and collecting interests on the club web page: Yes __ No __

The third and last option said: __ Do not publish my information in either.

If you truly don't want your name and address listed in the club directory, after the fact, you may want to contact Club Membership Officer Jim Steffner and request that it be removed.

Personally, I look forward to receiving chip lists, auctions, and supplies catalogs from dealers.
