Hey Don,
The basic question is not the size of the font (yet why give someone that isn't a CC>CC member any reason that the seller might be hiding something by using small fonts just in the name of faster download?), the basic question is: "Is this a proper use of the Club Logo? With the notation of being a member".
With respect to the oversized picture, how is an image that is 102 pixels Vs 125 Pixels oversized? Also recall that the smaller the image, the less clarity. Being a proud member of the club, wouldn't one like something that reflects in a positive way about the club - something that looks professional - i.e. not fuzzy? (Albeit BW or Color...)

P.S. the image below has both images that are 102 pixels high. Both to me are fuzzy at this size... Still this is a different issue than the basic question...
