Glad that we heard from a Numismatist Expert.

I know the key word in your post is "LAW" regarding
what is "numismatic in nature," but I bet a judge
would also want to hear from a Numismatist Expert
who would dizzy any LAW Expert as to what is
numismatic. <g>

Granted, the language in the HPA is not 100% clear,
but the word "token" does clearly (in any language)
and encompass gambling pieces having a marked face
value or description for its use.

We must not assume that tokens (translated jetons in
the French and along with other Proto-Germanic
casino juridiction tongues is meant only as being
"metalic in nature."

If the word "token" wasn't included, I would then
have doubt if the word "coinage" would hold any
weight if associated wit a casino chip. There is
just too much description on a casino chip to set it
aside as to show they are not "numismatic in nature"
(essential character, if you will, please).

The whole purpose of my involvement in this thread
Jim, is to deter anyone who may think they can easilly get away with producing, introducing and distributing any FAKE casino chips made to look like those chips that were actually ordered by a casino and with the intention to be used in a casino.
