Can you clarity for us:

1) During the preparation of this Act and the regs, was the term "casino chips" ever included or used in any way?

2) When Virgil Hancock testified, did he refer in his testimony to casino chips?

3) In your research of this law, have you ever found any case, regulation, opinion or any other legal citation which specifically says that casino chips ARE included in the coverage of the act?

It's not all that obvious to me -- and the normal rules of statutory construction would seem to preclude the expansive reading you are giving to the term (which is otherwise specifically defined in the statute itself).

I concede that I have no particular expertise in this area of the law. But, I'd much rather have something more concrete than the language of this statute on which to rely if I was going to go to court over the issue. ----- jim o\-S
