Jim; I'm not as well-versed in the law as you and others are ... but I believe other than numismatic items are also covered under the Hobby Protection Act. Are you saying that this act pertains to only numismatic items? If so, wouldn't this act be more accurately referred to as the "Numismatic Hobby Protection Act"?
