Jim; Afraid I have to disagree with you on this one. Chips indeed do fall under the hobby protection act. Chips are considered substitutes for money and as such are classified as numismatic items. Then ANA President David Ganz was very instrumental several years ago in getting Paulson to withdraw their stock of faux Foxy's Firehouse chips from inventory under this act.
