If you don't leave negative feedback how are others going to know to stay away from the seller? You want to keep your perfect record, but in turn other people will have to go through the same thing you did with this seller. I don't have the answer, but I do know this is one reason why feedback does not work. Another bad thing about eBay feedback is that people say "look at my 500 positives" when in fact one person has left 10,20 or more positives. If a person was only allowed to leave ONE positive feedback for another person then you would have a better rating system. At this point eBay feedback is a joke & VERY misleading in a lot of cases...............Andy - Las Vegas
