Have you ever noticed that usually when you post negative feedback for someone who deserves it, they retaliate with same?
I have been selling on eBay for almost 3 years. I am proud of my feedback ratings which probably only represent 40 per cent of my total sales. The only time I have received negatives have been from no pays or people who have tried to manipulate my auctions. I used to list negative feedback for them, but no longer do so, as I have only received negative responses in return. Instead, now I contact eBay forwarding all correspondence that both of us sent pertaining to the transaction.
Last week, I did just this, concerning a bidder that did not pay but kept on swearing that she had sent checks 3 times. I am happy to say that this bidder is no longer part of the eBay community, relieving all of us of another deadbeat.
I would appreciate hearing how others handle such experiences.
