The other day I sent the following message to an individual who, for the second time, implied heavily that he was auctioning chips from Binion's.

I can't believe no one has contacted you, as a result of your previous auction, asking you to correct your misleading comments on this auction. On the off chance that they have not, here are the facts:
1) Horseshoe club in Las Vegas was not opened by Bennie Binion until 1951, therefore this chip could NOT be from the 30's AND be from Binion's.
2) Binion's NEVER, EVER, used a HARP mold chip.
Please cease your fraudulent advertising.
Jim Pierre"
Here is his reply:
"Nowhere do I say that it is proven to be from the Horseshoe club in vegas. And of course kiss my ass...
