Someone paid the post office to ship this stuff, the post office lost it or destroyed the envelopes, or some other thing, they then keep the stuff for free (most of it probably wasn't insured) and sell it, and then Charge Shipping to the buyer. So they get paid twice to deliver it once pluse get to keep the money for the item. I should open that kind of business.
