Yes, that's the one. The phrase "Old Las Vegas Complex" just means that the casino was part of an old-west / frontier themed group of buildings on the outskirts of Henderson. Old Las Vegas never really got off the ground as a tourist stop-over between Lake Mead and Las Vegas. Went bankrupt and closed. BTW, when it was open, it only had 3-4 BJ tables as I recall, so there's not a large supply of West World chips out there.
