The trick to effective advertising is to understand your audience. McDonalds does not flood commercial-free airwaves with in your face commercials. They sponsor quality programming, and get their wares in peoples' faces in more subtle ways. And you don't always have to be knowledgable or have "meaningful input" to participate as a member of the family. Just look at my posts <g>. Or Katie's <VBG>.
Also, all caps is perceived in a forum like this to be shouting. It's yet another way to alienate potential customers.
