Okay, here's the deal. I was going through my meaager collection of chips this morning trying to put a time to all of these chips and I got hung up when I got to the chip pictured below. I checked the Chipguide and a couple of other collector's sites, but I have yet to find this particular chip on any of them. I saw a couple that were close, but not this chip. Can someone please help me out here? I would like to know what time-frame this chip was (if not currently) used and all.
