Hey Rich,

I looks to me as if these are two different roulettes for at least two reasons:

1) Difference in font used in the "ROULETTE" & 2 - as you mentioned
2) Did you notice the differences in the waves?
Check the right side of the top wave between the two Roulettes, the one on the left ends in a downward direction, while the one on the right ends with an upward direction.
Also the thickness of the "waves" is different on the two chips, the one on the left is more bold, while the one on the right is thin...
