there is a small precent of people who have in any walk of life mess it up for the rest of us. in such cases as sending the RR to your friends who are not on the list or by passing some one on the list. not folowing the rules of the RR i have heard gave it to my wife to mail and she left town. left it in the glove box for two weeks. let the kids play with it and the dog chewed up a few. put in generic cards even a advertisement card you get in the mail. putting in dupes because you need lots of the cards. up grading your cards and putting in trash. so bad no one can use them. This should not be in the adult world. The RR's were started to help people further their collections. so the starters donate thier cards or chips that they in most cases bought. So we should respect their property and play by the rules or do not ask to get into the RR.
I am making a list i hate to say this but of people who would be best left out of the RR like too busy take long business trips. Or people who abuse the priviledge. A alternate would be a private RR where you send it to the person who then does the trade and returns it. Sorry this is so long but i need to get off my chest. thanks GARY
