I got stuck on one of these deals once (and only once!). Ordered the 12 and they arrived in batches of from 1 to 4 at a time. Of course there was a substantial shipping charge with each, $4 to $5 per shipments. They were mailed by bulk mail so the actual cost was probable less than 50 cents. A perfect example of how you end up paying for something that is free.
