NY, NY $100 chips have been counterfitted.
Have not seen one, but would guess they are altered chips.
An alert has been issued for other casinos not to cash them.
Word is, they are good.
My guess is new $100's will be issued soon. Not sure if they have a back up $100 or not, if so they should be on the tables.
It would be a good time for $100 collectors to take a look for a back up chip.
