By following the thread, Larry, Jim agrees he could have used better judgement by leaving one negative feedback and not four (4). My point is not to hang Jim, but to point out that overreacting does nothing in helping the situation. Shooting the duck once he is dead does not make it any more lifeless.

These were four chips in four separate auctions shipped in a manner that we all agree was careless. This was not a matter of four different counts of separate shipments. The seller was careless only once concerning Jim's ordeal.

If 10 auctions (one chip each) were won and sent in the same #10 envelope, you would honestly feel that 10 negative feedbacks would not be an overkill?
