There was no Caesars Palace in 1955 as the place opened in 1966!!! As far as $50 for the item, that was based on the note assuming he had ONE chip. For it to go lower, it would depend on what SEVERAL meant?? Ten or less, probably no effect.......more, then maybe the 35-40 range.
