... Peter. The chips were in 2x2 ziplock bags enclosed in two plain inner envelopes (approximately 3x5), both of which were enclosed in a single #10 business envelope. He combined all four lots in a single mailing. Kinda surprising, actually, since he not only said in some of the auction descriptions that he could not do so, but used the "third party" excuse in a follow up email to tell me that he could not "combine" lots. His message left the impression that the items were already packaged by this third party by the time he got my email (didn't say that exactly, but that was the implication).
