Yes, the chips arrived intact, no thanks to the seller's packaging. I finally decided that didn't matter; he got lucky this time.

I said I wouldn't have neg'd him if he'd sent four carefully protected packages. I wouldn't have neg'd him even if he sent all four in a single envelope if it was properly packaged.

The point here is that he charged premium prices for shipping and handling and delivered virtually the worst product possible in that regard (only loose chips in a regular envelope would have been worse).
