Seems to me Michael, that there was some discussion about shipping after the sale. Jim was willing to suffer the charges resulting from his admitted haste. At that point would YOU ask a seller, "Look genius, I'll pay the $17 but are you gonna ship these chips baggied in a plain paper envelope?". Neglegent packaging wasn't part of the auction terms. I don't think any sentient buyer would think he was going to get treated that badly after he'd paid $17! Do we ever think to ask if they're going to spit on our Big Mac when we order? Jim only had reasonable expectations. That's how I read the complaints. How can you have an interpersonal dispute between one person and one slick squid anyway?
