I think you keep missing the point. The negative feedback was based more on the method of shipping. Jim was willing to eat the shipping, and chalk it up to his own error, even though the seller was such an ass as to refuse to at least combine shipping on multiple items. Jim's biggest beef was that if you pay $17 shipping for 4 chips, they ought to at least be packed well. I agree 100%.

Gene, please quote shipping and method of packaging for one slightly used fork.
