Jim, My wife used to get deathly ill on any sized boat, even if it was still moored to the dock. I got her scopalamine patches to put behind her ear & she has been fine ever since. They work like a charm & last for up to 3 days. She says they give her a dry mouth but that's a small price to pay for a wonderful trip.
